Braam, Conny

Conny was a leading figure in the anti-apartheid movement in Amsterdam from 1971. She was approached in 1986 to assist with Operation Vula. Braam aided in the setting up of safe houses inside South Africa and made the arrangements to smuggle of documents into the country. She also had contacts in Europe where the ANC could arrange disguises.
