Nhlanhla, Joe

1936 -

Born in Sophiatown, he left SA in 1964 to join MK. Between 1973 and 1978 he was the ANC Representative inEgypt and the Middle East. Head of the ANC Security & Intelligence Division in exile. Member of the NEC of the ANC. In 1994 he was appointed State Secretary for Intelligence: Office of the President. He was part of the ANC delegation to the TRC.
