1975. Coloured Persons Representative Council Amendment Act No 32

This empowered "the Minister of Colored Relations or his delegate to perform any function conferred on the chairman of the executive, the executive, or the [Colored Persons Representative] Council itself, should they fail to perform any function conferred to them" (Dugard 1978: 99).
