BN. In spite of what I'm saying, I'm not revisiting the Hefer Commission.

POM. OK, you're saying a legitimate –

MM. There was a legitimate process that was established, everybody had the chance to go and present their views and at the end of that process I announced that I am not again to entertain this, I'm not answering any questions, I am not commenting on that issue again. I've put that behind me and I'm leading my life, period. The process was established, if anybody had any questions, any issues, they had to conclude that and I am not going to start another process.

POM. It's not starting another process. I suppose my questions would be different because they're not, and again this is why they're more of a – for example, and it's the kind of thing – it may be the kind of question that you don't want to revisit or –

BN. I'm not revisiting that process.

POM. Anything?

BN. I'm not revisiting that process.

POM. So you're saying – I'm not answering any questions relating to anything that's got to do with the Hefer Commission, period?

BN. Period. That thing is closed.

POM. OK.

BN. I'm done with it.

POM. In that sense there's no point in me putting before you what I think I have clearly established in some areas, not affecting the outcome of the commission in any way, it doesn't affect the findings of the commission.

BN. I'm not interested, Padraig.

POM. You're not interested.

BN. There's thousands of other people who have been trying to do what you do. Yes. I've made a decision and I'm moving on with my life. I dealt with those issues there and I gave every opportunity, everybody had an opportunity to state whatever they wanted to state openly and publicly. I've dealt with it and I'm done.

POM. OK. So where has your life moved on to?

BN. I'm here now.

POM. You're apparently doing not too badly. What kind of businesses are you - ?

BN. We have a diversified portfolio, very diversified portfolio. We're into financial services, property, we're in auto industries. So diversified portfolio – property, financial services, security industry, IT, auto industry.
